Trixotech offers a wide range of Silicon Carbide (SiC) powders for various applications. The purity of powders that we can supply is up to 99.9% with particle size from sub microns to spray grade i.e. spherical flowable powders.

Properties:

SiC is a refractory material with melting temperature of more than 2800^oC. Products made of SiC have great thermal shock resistance because of low thermal expansion and good thermal conductivity. SiC has a hardness of 9 on Mohs scale and offers great corrosion resistance and stiffness.
